Comprehensive Rehabilitation
Take advantage of a full rehabilitation program under the National Health Fund (NFZ) – improve your mobility, relieve pain, and return to everyday activities.
Comprehensive Rehabilitation – Two Options Available:
- Inpatient program – from 1 day up to 6 weeks – the length of stay and number of procedures are determined by a physician
- Outpatient program – as part of a 15-day plan – includes 75 treatmentsegów
Treatments are provided at the KRYSTYNA Health Resort Hospital and MARCONI Sanatorium.
Hospital e-referral: REHABILITATION DEPARTMENT (4300)
E-REFERRAL: OUTPATIENT REHABILITATION (2300)
Referrals must be issued by a specialist physician that has a contract with the NFZ: neurologist, rheumatologist, orthopaedist, or rehabilitation medicine specialist. Alternatively, referrals may be issued by hospital departments: trauma-orthopaedics, surgery, neurosurgery, neurology, or rheumatology.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND MEDICAL DOCUMENTATION THAT IS OLDER THAN 6 MONTHS.
