Uzdrowisko Busko-Zdrój S.A. is implementing the project titled “Comprehensive Cardiac Rehabilitation for Residents of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship,” in which residents of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship who have experienced an acute coronary syndrome and are aged 15–65 can participate free of charge.
Each participant in the project is assigned a nurse, acting as a health educator, for a period of 12 months. The nurse provides support both by phone and during meetings, where participants will learn how to take care of their heart. Additionally, during these meetings, basic health indicators such as BMI and blood pressure will be monitored.
