Co-financed from the funds of the State Fund for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons, managed by the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship Government. The agreement with the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship was signed on June 26, 2024

The subject of the investment project is the construction of a superstructure and reconstruction of the “Oblęgorek” Sanatorium building, including the conversion of the currently unused attic into guest rooms and the addition of an elevator shaft on the eastern side of the building. The project includes adapting the building to improve accessibility for people with disabilities using wheelchairs, ensuring access to every floor via the planned elevator.

The investment will also include the construction of a universally accessible bathroom for people with disabilities on the ground floor, replacing an existing room. On the first and second floors, the project involves replacing certain existing rooms with private bathrooms adapted for guests with disabilities, improved access routes, and enlarged guest rooms.

The general contractor is Anna-Bud sp. z o.o., headquartered at Rondo ONZ 1, 00-124 Warsaw.Funding from the State Fund for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons amounts to PLN 836,400 gross.
The total gross value of the project is PLN 4,485,000.
