Terms and Conditions for Booking Fully Paid Stays

  1. The contract is considered concluded once the Guest pays a deposit amounting to 30% of the total cost of the treatment.
  2. The deposit referred to in point 1 must be transferred to the Health Resort’s bank account within 3 days from receiving the booking confirmation. If the deposit is not paid within the specified period, the reservation will be cancelled.

    The remaining amount must be paid within 2 days of arrival. Failure to settle the outstanding balance will result in the suspension of treatment for the following days of the stay (payment cards accepted: VISA DEBIT, VISA CREDIT, MASTERCARD CREDIT/CHARGE, MAESTRO).
  3. The reservation can be cancelled up to 30 days before the planned start date. In such a case, the deposit will be refunded minus a handling fee of PLN 100.00. Cancellation of a reservation less than 30 days before the planned arrival results in the loss of the reservation and forfeiture of the full deposit.
  4. The applicable deadline mentioned above is based on the date of the postal stamp or the date the email is received.
  5. In case of late arrival or early departure, no refund will be given for the unused portion of the stay.
  6. The Health Resort does not refund the cost of meals or treatments not used by the Guest.
  7. The price per person per day includes the following services: accommodation, meals (three meals a day, with the exception of dinner on the last day), medical care, nursing care, and 4 types of treatments per day (a maximum of 2 treatments from the group of stimulus treatments and 2 massages from the group of massages).

    Treatments are provided from Monday to Saturday. For each public holiday, the patient receives 4 treatments from the pool of additional treatments.

    For stays of at least 13 days, the patient additionally receives 4 promotional treatments per week from the pool: music therapy, vibration platform, exercise on a stationary bike, treadmill training, infrared massage, and oxygen therapy.


    When purchasing the full package of services for fully paid stays, starting from the third stay a 5% discount is granted, from the fourth – 6%, from the seventh – 7%, from the tenth – 10%, and from the fifteenth – 15%. To benefit from the discount, the Guest must present treatment summaries or receipts from previous stays upon check-in. Discounts cannot be combined.
  8. For Health Resort treatment, up-to-date basic medical test results and existing medical documentation are required. The Guest should bring all regularly taken medications for the entire duration of the stay. The price of the stay does not include additional tests and medical consultations.
  9. The cost of therapy may change, in which case the Health Resort will immediately notify the Guest.
  10. If the Guest does not accept the new price, they have the right to withdraw from the contract by notifying the Health Resort within 3 days of receiving the price change notification.
  11. The stay begins with breakfast on the first day and ends with lunch on the last day.
  12. If the Guest arrives the day before the start of the stay (i.e. Sunday) after 6:00 PM, the overnight stay is free of charge; however, no dinner will be provided.
  13. Reservations are made for a room category, not for a specific room number.
  14. Pets are not allowed.
  15. The Guest is obliged to follow all rules and regulations applicable within the Health Resort premises. A personalized diet is available upon request for an additional fee. Wireless internet is available in the Health Resort facilities. Permission is granted to drive up to the Marconi Sanatorium for loading and unloading the vehicle on the day of arrival and departure, at the rear of the building.
